Letter to the Editor
Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, 9:00 p.m.

Regarding the issues and problems with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act in Pennsylvania, the blame belongs solely and squarely on our state Legislature and Gov. Corbett.

Apparently, they felt unable or not intelligent enough to implement a Pennsylvania-based exchange. So, they punted the responsibility to the feds.

As you read and hear critical comments on ObamaCare, remember that our state leaders chose to not represent you in this implementation. Difficulties with the system are their responsibility alone.
