Health care website

I'm in a situation regarding the new health care insurance, and I'll bet there are lots of others in this situation, too.

To find out what type of health insurance we need, we have to go to a website. But what about senior citizens like me who do not have a computer and even if one was available, don't know how to use it? What alternative do we have? Apparently, no thought was given to this. Are we to be penalized?

Of course, the politicians don't care. They have their health care and other perks paid for with taxpayers dollars.
