Your article “Deadline extended for first Obamacare premiums” makes it clear that Kathleen Sebelius and Barack Obama are completely out of touch.

Premium payments aren't the problem. Their broken website and incompetent phone reps have made it impossible for millions of people to buy policies, much less pay for them.

What should I tell the doctors and hospitals that treat my Jan. 2 heart attack? Send your bills to my nonexistent insurance company?

Or send them to Obama?
