Regarding The Associated Press news story “Lawyers ask court to rethink gas drilling case” : So, Gov. Tom Corbett thinks the near-million-dollar boost he got from the shale-drilling boys while running for offices that brought him to the governorship entitles him to be the “unitary executive” of the state, too.

Too bad; the Pennsylvania Constitution isn't written that way.
