After 65 years, my wife and I moved to the Charlotte, N.C., area. A recent snowstorm of 4 to 6 inches paralyzed this area.

How I miss Irwin and PennDOT. It would have had roads plowed, salted and ashed. All traffic would be moving and people would be safe.
