Pittsburgh police are searching for a Highland Park woman suffering from diabetes and psychological disorders who walked away Friday from a treatment facility where she lives.
Dina Zeidler, 56, was last seen about 12:30 p.m. on Amber Street. She was headed to a nearby Shell gas station and then to church. Police said she does not have the medications she needs to treat her illnesses. She has wandered away from the facility before.
Police said Zeidler is white, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, has dark hair typically kept in a ponytail, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants and a black sweater. She is originally from Tel Aviv.
Authorities said anyone who spots Zeidler should call 911 or the missing persons office at 412-323-7800.
