1. Kansas City

OT Luke Joekel, Texas A&M The Chiefs got their quarterback in Alex Smith via a trade and now need somebody to protect him.

2. Jacksonville

OT Eric Fisher, Central Michigan The Jaguars need a safe pick, and Fisher is one of the few sure-things in this draft.

3. Oakland

DT Sharrif Floyd, Florida The Raiders only have one pick in the top 65 and many needs to address. Floyd fills their biggest need.

4. Philadelphia

LB Dion Jordan, Oregon The Eagles are transitioning to the 3-4 scheme and need a linebacker who can rush the passer and drop into coverage.

5. Detroit

OT Lane Johnson, Oklahoma With the retirement of Jeff Backus, the Lions could use a tackle to pair with Riley Reiff to protect Matthew Stafford.

6. Cleveland

CB Dee Milliner, Alabama The Browns struck out looking for a corner in free agency. They will get their man with Milliner.

7. Arizona

WR Tavon Austin, West Virginia New head coach Bruce Arians loves small and speedy receivers and Austin is both small and speedy.

8. Buffalo

QB Ryan Nassib, Syracuse Even though the Bills acquired Kevin Kolb, new head coach Doug Marrone knows a thing or two about Nassib.

9. N.Y. Jets

DE Barkevious Mingo, LSU Mingo is a work in progress — so are the Jets, Still, Mingo could provide a pass rush the Jets are in need of)

10. Tennessee

OG Jonathan Cooper, North Carolina Could look at the defensive line with the pick, but will ultimately stay on the offensive line where the needs are great.

11. San Diego

OG Chance Warmack, Alabama The Chargers' offensive line was a mess last year due to injuries and ineffectiveness and Warmack can help right away.

12. Miami

CB Xavier Rhodes, Florida State The Dolphins addressed their offense in free agency. Now it's time to strengthen its defense with a playmaking corner.

13. N.Y. Jets

LB Jarvis Jones, Georgia Jones is a Rex Ryan kind of player. Jones led the country in tackles for losses, forced fumbles and sacks last year.

14. Carolina

DT Star Lotulelei, Utah Could use an offensive weapon to help Cam Newton, but can't pass up the potential of Lotulelei.

15. New Orleans

DE Ezekial Ansah, BYU The Saints can use any help they can get on the defensive side of the ball after a historically bad 2012 season.

16. St. Louis

WR Cordarrelle Patterson, Tennessee The Rams lost Danny Amendola to free agency and need to provide some weapons for Sam Bradford.

17. STEELERS

S Kenny Vaccaro, Texas Troy Polamalu is 32, Ryan Clark is in the final year of his contract and the Steelers have nobody to take either one of their spots.

18. Dallas

DT Sheldon Richardson, Missouri Richardson is a very athletic defensive tackle that is perfect fit for the Cowboys new ‘Tampa Two' style of defense.

19. N.Y. Giants

LB Alec Ogeltree, Georgia The Giants let Michael Boley go and are moving Mathias Kiwanuka to defensive end making OLB a glaring need.

20. Chicago

LB Manti Te'o, Notre Dame Te'o is the best inside linebacker in the draft and the Bears need one with the departure of Brian Urlacher.

21. Cincinnati

OT D.J. Fluker, Alabama Andre Smith is still unsigned. Fluker could be a cheaper alternative to signing Smith for owner Mike Brown.

22. St. Louis

S Jonathan Cyprien, Florida International The Rams don't have a returning starter at safety and could address that need with Cyprien.

23. Minnesota

CB D.J. Hayden, Houston With Antoine Winfield gone to Seattle, the Vikings need to address the position early in the draft.

24. Indianapolis

DT Datone Jones, UCLA Dwight Freeney is gone and Robert Mathis is 32 leaving a big hole on defense when it comes to pass rushers.

25. Minnesota

WR Justin Hunter, Tennessee Percy Harvin went to Seattle leaving the Vikings kind of thin with playmakers on offense. Hunter would fill that need.

26. Green Bay

TE Tyler Eifert, Notre Dame With Jermichael Finley set for free agency during the offseason, Eifert would make the transition for Aaron Rodgers smooth.

27. Denver

CB Desmond Trufant, Washington rufant can learn from Champ Bailey for year before taking over for the veteran next year.

28. Houston

WR DeAndre Hopkins, Clemson Hopkins is a three-year starter and could help the Texans' depth issues at receiver immediately.

29. New England

WR Keenan Allen, California The Patriots loaded up with receivers during the offseason but could use Allen's skill set at the position.

30. Atlanta

DT Sylvester Williams, North Carolina Williams put together a solid Pro Day that will get him into the first round and is a perfect fit for the Falcons.

31. San Francisco

S Matt Elam, Florida Elam is a little undersized but could help offset the loss of Dashon Goldson to the Buccaneers during the offseason.

32. Baltimore

LB Kevin Minter, LSU With the retirement of Ray Lewis and the defection of Dannell Ellerbe, the Ravens have a big need at inside linebacker.
