Southmoreland graduate Mitch Ridenour is a member of the Point Park baseball recruiting class for the 2013-14 school year. Ridenour is one of nine incoming freshmen to join the Pioneers. This year's recruiting class also includes nine transfers.

Point Park was 39-16 last season and qualified for the NAIA's national tournament for the second straight year.

Ridenour, an infielder, was a three-year letterman with Southmoreland. During the 2013 season, he hit .232 with 15 RBI.
