Blue Jays starter: Mark Buehrle 32⁄3 IP, 1 R, 4 H, 1 BB
Pirates starter: James McDonald 51⁄3 IP, 2 R, 5 H, 2 BB, 5 SO
Late rally: The Pirates scored two runs in the ninth inning to tie it. Felix Pie led off with a solo homer. With two outs and runners on the corners, Josh Harrison looped an RBI double down the right-field line. Carlos Paulino's RBI single off LHP Tommy Hottovy scored pinch-runner Kelson Brown to win it.
Stock up: Starling Marte flashed his speed by legging out an infield single and his Grapefruit League-leading third triple.
Stock down: 3B Pedro Alvarez's throwing error allowed Anthony Gose to score from second base in the first inning. Later in the inning, Alvarez bobbled Andy LaRoche's grounder but recovered in time to get the out.
