Pirates/MLB Videos

Sunday's game

at Phillies

1:05 p.m.

Bright House Field, Clearwater, Fla.

Phillies starter: RHP Sean O'Sullivan

Pirates starter: LHP Adam Wilk

Saturday, March 15, 2014, 5:39 p.m.

Rays starter: RHP Jake Odorizzi

Pirates starter: RHP Edinson Volquez

Frozen ropes: Pirates second baseman Michael Martinez was the only player to post a multi-hit game.

Dealing: The Rays have an enviable collection of young pitching. Jake Odorizzi allowed just one run over 323 innings.

Ouch: Rays prized young slugger Wil Myers had to the leave the game in the third inning after fouling a Volquez pitch off his foot.

Stock up: Every outing counts for Pirate relief pitchers in a crowded bullpen. Vin Mazzaro had a strong outing Saturday, striking out the side in the fifth and throwing two perfect innings of relief.

Stock down: Jared Hughes allowed two runs in two innings. Hughes has a 5.14 ERA this spring.
