Closing time: Jeanmar Gomez worked the final two innings for his first save. Seven different Pirates pitchers have recorded a save this spring.

Perfect no more: Tony Watson yielded his first run in four appearances this spring when Oswaldo Arcia hit a solo homer in the seventh inning.

Stock up: Closer Jason Grilli worked a scoreless sixth inning. In four Grapefruit League outings this spring, Grilli has allowed three hits and no runs and racked up seven strikeouts.

Stock down: Travis Ishikawa is hitless in five straight at-bats since learning Tuesday he is likely to open the season as the backup first baseman.
