Antonio Brown finishes in top 5 in NFL merchandise sales
Antonio Brown was a hot item on the NFL merchandise sales list last season.
The Steelers wide receiver ranked No. 5 in total sales of officially licensed merchandise, according to figures released by the NFL Players Association on Thursdaay.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady finished No. 1 for the second time in three years. Merchandise sales were tracked from March 1, 2017 until Feb. 28.
Rounding out the top five were Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott and Brown, who was ranked No. 7 the previous year.
Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger finished at No. 19, and running back Le'Veon Bell was No. 23. Alejandro Villanueva was the only offensive lineman on the list, and he ranked No. 30.
Two Steelers rookies made the Top 50 -- wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (No. 38) and outside linebacker T.J. Watt (No. 40).
