Philadelphia agency offers helping paw to pets displaced by disaster

“We don’t want to see anyone lose their pet because of something completely out of their control,” said Red Paw founder Jen Leary, who started the nonprofit after witnessing pet owners’ sadness and confusion during her work as a city firefighter and Red Cross volunteer.
