The following is a partial list of criminal cases handled by Judge James J. Panchik at a sentence court on July 26. Unless otherwise noted, court costs and supervision fees are to be paid by the defendant:

• Dennis Richard Baker Jr., 24, of 657 Cadogan Slate Lick Road, Kittanning, was sentenced to one year probation on two counts of simple assault. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs and $2,113.39 in restitution and must perform 60 hours of community service.

• Chad Alan Lockhart, 30, housed in the Armstrong County Jail, was sentenced to one year probation on a charge of furnishing drug-free urine. He was ordered to pay $200 in fines and costs and must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and attend Alcoholics/Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

• Vaughn James Malone Sr., 24, housed in the Allegheny County Jail, was sentenced to two years probation on charges of resisting arrest and false identification to law enforcement. He was ordered to pay $300 in fines and costs and must perform 60 hours of community service.

• Bradley Andrew Johns, 41, housed in the Armstrong County Jail, was sentenced to 90 days followed by 90 days to five years on charges of driving under the influence and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. He was ordered to pay $3,060 in fines and costs and must complete a highway safety course, a drug and alcohol evaluation, a victim impact program and be monitored by an alcohol-detecting anklet for 30 days after release from incarceration or house arrest.

He was credited with 211 days served. He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

• Corrin Michele Hillwig, 31, housed in the Armstrong County Jail, was sentenced to 214 days to two years less a day followed by two years probation on three counts of theft. She was ordered to pay $1,000 in fines and costs and $4,987.25 in restitution and must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and attend Alcoholics/Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

She was credited with 224 days served. She was ordered to perform 90 hours of community service.

• William Andrew Gemmill, 20, housed in the Armstrong County Jail, was sentenced to two years probation on charges of theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. He was ordered to pay $500 in fines and costs and $3 in restitution and must perform 60 hours of community service.

• Gregory Russell Baker, 45, of 277 Wyant Road, Kittanning, was sentenced to one year probation on two counts of simple assault. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs and $2,113.39 in restitution and must perform 60 hours of community service.

• Wildfredo Soto Jr., 20, of 526 Ridge Ave., New Kensington, was sentenced to 13 days to two years less a day followed by one year probation on charges of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs and $3,727.70 in restitution and must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation.

He was credited with 13 days served. He was ordered to perform 60 hours of community service.

• Caleb Joseph Vaughn, 19, of 314 Third Ave., Ford City, was sentenced to one year less a day to two years less a day and two years probation followed by two years probation on charges of theft of a firearm, theft, access device fraud, six counts of theft from a vehicle and two counts of criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay $1,450 in fines and costs and $419.49 in restitution and must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation.

He was credited with 171 days served. he was ordered to perform 180 hours of community service.

• Kevin Jacob Hicks, 25, of 1521 Caroline St., Natrona Heights, was sentenced to two months on electronic monitoring on a charge of criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay $500 in fines and costs and $1,200.26 in restitution and must be monitored by an alcohol-detecting anklet for two months after release from incarceration or house arrest. He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

• Robert William Forney Jr., 54, housed in the Armstrong County Jail, was sentenced to 40 to 80 months in a state prison on two counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements. He was ordered to pay $800 in fines and costs and must perform 60 hours of community service.

He was credited with 366 days served.

• George Leonard Peace, 39, housed in the Armstrong County Jail, was sentenced to six months to two years less a day on a charge of theft. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs and $2,262.57 in restitution and must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and attend Alcoholics/Narcotics Anonymous meetings. He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

He was credited with 191 days served. He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

The following is a partial list of criminal cases handled by Judge Kenneth G. Valasek at a sentence court on July 19. Unless otherwise noted, court costs and supervision fees are to be paid by the defendant:

• Charles Edward Johns, 52, of Robinson Street, Kittanning, was sentenced to six months to two years less a day followed by one year probation on charges of accident involving damage to attended vehicle, accident involving injury, fleeing or attempting to elude police, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, two counts of simple assault and five summary vehicle code violations. He was ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and costs.

He was credited with 137 days served. He was ordered to perform 60 hours of community service.

• Justin Wayne Baker, 31, of 407 E. Church St., Dayton, was sentenced to 90 days to five years on charges of driving under the influence and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. He was ordered to pay $2,860 in fines and costs and must complete a highway safety course, a drug and alcohol evaluation, a victim impact program and be monitored by an alcohol-detecting anklet for 60 days after release from incarceration or house arrest.

• Mathew J. Lookhart, 26, of 132 Park Ridge Road, Apollo, was sentenced to 23 days to two years less a day on a charge of criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs.

He was credited with 23 days served.

• Jerrod Lee Franklin, 23, of 26 Hickory Drive, Mayport, was sentenced to 30 days to 60 days followed by one year probation on charges of theft by unlawful taking. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs.

He was credited with 30 days served. He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

• Nathan James Clark, 27, of 6120 Pompano Lane, Indiana, was sentenced to 120 days under house arrest with electronic monitoring on a charge of driving under the influence. He was ordered to pay $1,800 in fines and costs and must complete a highway safety course, a drug and alcohol evaluation, a victim impact program and be monitored by an alcohol-detecting anklet for 60 days after release from incarceration or house arrest.

He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

• Zane Richard Clever, 33, housed in the Armstrong County Jail, was sentenced to six months probation on a charge of furnishing drug-free urine. He was ordered to pay $50 in fines and costs, must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and must attend Alcoholics/Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

• Jason Dwayne John, 34, of 410 Route 1034, Templeton, was sentenced to one year in the county's intermediate punishment program and two months under house arrest with electronic monitoring on three counts of simple assault. He was ordered to pay $200 in fines and costs and $4,908.05 in delinquent fines and costs.

• Albert Paris Schraepfer, 28, of 556 Kiski Ave. Ext., Apollo, was sentenced to one year probation on a charge of theft. He was ordered to pay $200 in fines and costs and must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation. He was ordered to perform 15 hours of community service.

• Moranda Lynne Stitt, 23, of 325 Adrian Sherett Road, Adrian, was sentenced to nine days to two years less a day on a charge of receiving stolen property. She was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs and $101.50 in restitution.

She was credited with nine days served. She was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

• Donald Robert Pepple Jr., 37, of 121L Westview Terrace, Shelocta, was sentenced to 30 days to six months to commence on July 27 on charges of driving under the influence and a summary vehicle code violation. He was ordered to pay $950 in fines and costs and must complete a highway safety course, a drug and alcohol evaluation and a victim impact program.

He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.

• Ise Lamant Woods, 20, of Verona, was sentenced to 134 days to two years less a day followed by one year probation on a charge of receiving stolen property. He was ordered to pay $400 in fines and costs and $3,727.70 in fines and costs and must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation.

He was credited with 134 days served. He was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service.
