The sophomoric days of taunting the earth angels walking amongst us for being goody two shoes are long gone, since nowadays, Doing the Most Good is an accolade that everyone seems to want to live up to in some way, shape or form.

Wednesday, and close to 500 were circulating during the Salvation Army 's annual dinner at the Sheraton Station Square, where this year's cream of the crop included Edward Dunlap and Timothy Dunlap ; Jeanne Caliguiri, one of the original visionaries for Project Bundle Up; and Cornerstone TeleVision founder Norma Bixler, who was given the 2011 Catherine Booth Award.

"I'm overwhelmed!" she confessed.

Pirates manager Clint Hurdle served as the keynoter, while Alby Oxenreiter held court as master of ceremonies. Elsewhere, the likes of SA Divisional Leaders Majors William and Joan Bode, Ron Joseph, David and Katy Caliguiri, and Majors Mark and Susan Mackneer mixed and mingled.
