The following is a list of defendants charged with a first offense of driving under the influence in Westmoreland County criminal court. These defendants receive a standard sentence that includes enrollment in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for one year, attendance at an alcohol highway safety school and a one-month driver's license suspension. The ARD program does not require defendants to admit guilt, but does require that they be placed on probation. If they satisfactorily complete the probation, they may then file a petition to have the case expunged. Unless otherwise noted, court costs are placed on the defendant.

The defendants are:

• Shan L. Good, 18, of 1484 Swede Hill Road, Hempfield, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for six months. He was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Jessica Lachenmeyer, 28, of Ford City, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to retail theft. She was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Joshua Russell Wilson, 27, of 590 Trees Mills Road, Salem, pleaded guilty to accident involving damage attended vehicle/property. He was sentenced to probation for six months. On a separate charge of driving under a suspended license, he also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to electronic monitoring for six months. He was also granted work release.

• Dyana Renee Yedlick, 19, of 213 S. Second St., Jeannette, pleaded guilty to retail theft and receiving stolen property. She was sentenced to probation for one year and was ordered to undergo an evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• John Shuy, 45, of 2005 Grandview Ave., McKeesport, pleaded guilty to indecent assault without the consent of other. He was sentenced to probation for two years. He was also ordered to undergo a sex offenders evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Patricia A. Davis, 43, of 5460 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to probation for six months.

• Rachael Nicole Dryburgh, 20, of 11347 McKee Road, North Huntingdon, charged with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for one year.

• Gary Kiser, 39, of 191 Blasco Road, Loyalhanna, was sentenced to probation for two years for the charge of cruelty to animals. He was also ordered to complete 60 hours of community service work and pay restitution in the amount of $1,000.

• Jacob Ernest Brosky, 41, of 65 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, pleaded guilty to accident involving damage attended vehicle/property. He was sentenced to three to six months in jail, with credit for time served.

• Joshuwa Samuel Petrill, 27, of 550 Beaver Road, Hempfield, was sentenced to intensive probation for five years for the charge of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

• Rachael V. Williams, 29, of 215 Lucas Pipeline Drive, Ruffsdale, was sentenced to probation for two years for the charge of receiving stolen property.

• Robert M. Itzel, 47, of 141 Jefferson School Road, Ligonier, pleaded guilty to bad checks. He was sentenced to probation for four years.

• Earl Eugene Gowton, 39, of 124 Quarry St., Mt. Pleasant, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with 120 days of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months. He was also granted work release.

• Keith Herndon, 38, of Mannington, W.Va., was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 60 days of electronic monitoring for the charge of driving under the influence. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months.

• Clarence Deuel, 22, of 201 Unity Way, Unity, was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in jail for the charge of indecent deviate sexual intercourse person less than 16 years of age. On two separate charges of corruption of minors, he was sentenced to probation for four years. On another charge of contact/communication with minor-sexual offense, he was sentenced to probation for four years. He was also ordered to undergo sex offenders and drug/alcohol evaluations and follow all recommended treatment. Sentences are to run consecutively.

Judge Richard E. McCormick Jr.

• Keith Duffey, 18, of 208 Westinghouse Road, Derry Township, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for six months.

• Joya Christine Apperson, 24, of 615 Fifth St. ext., New Kensington, charged with theft by unlawful taking, was accepted into the ARD program for two years. She was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,650.

• Faith Fillmore, 41, of 5397 Pleasant Unity Road, Ligonier Township, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to intermediate punishment for two years with six months of electronic monitoring. On a separate charge of criminal conspiracy, she also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation for two years. Sentences are to run consecutively.

• Anthony Thomas Haley, 31, of 746 S. 10th St., Youngwood, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for three months.

• Beth Ann Geer, 50, of 110 Hamilton Ave., Vandergrift, charged with criminal conspiracy, bad checks, forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, was accepted into the ARD program for two years. She was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. She was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $7,718.

• Victor Headen, 55, of 339 Freeport Road, New Kensington, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for one year with four months of electronic monitoring. He was also granted work release.

• Mildred L. Bellish, 59, of 493 Pittsburgh St., New Derry, charged with simple assault, harassment and defiant trespass, was accepted into the ARD program for one year.

• Refugio Hernandez, 62, of 5397 Pleasant Unity Road, Latrobe, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for one year with six months of electronic monitoring. On a separate charge of criminal conspiracy, he also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation for two years. Sentences are to run consecutively.

• Dameian Williams, 36, of 350 Frothingham Ave., Jeannette, pleaded guilty to habitual offenders. He was sentenced to six to 23 months in jail.

• Samuel J. Morgan, 49, of 512 Hanson Ave., Jeannette, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with six months of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months. He was also granted work release.

• Molly Lynn Shaw, 23, of 918 Evans St., Jeannette, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 90 days probation.

• Frances Lea Shaw, 44, of 344 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Greensburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 90 days probation.

• William J. Shaw, 50, of 344 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Greensburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 90 days probation.

• Steven Ray Nicely, 20, of 120 Malone Road, Derry Township, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for six months.

• Richard Zahorchak, 28, of 523 Carl Ave., New Kensington, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for one year with 60 days of electronic monitoring.

• Susan Mastowski, 28, of 1149 Murtha Way, Derry Township, charged with simple assault and unsworn falsification to authorities, was accepted into the ARD program for six months.

• Shaun M. Peer, 29, of 126 Depot St., Latrobe, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with six months of electronic monitoring. On a separate charge of driving under the influence, he also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 60 days of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months. He was granted work release and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,294.03. Sentences are to run consecutively.

• David L. Krouse, 47, of 334 Wilpen Road, Ligonier Township, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with six months of electronic monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months.

• John W. Pearce, 21, of 415 Luzerne St., Greensburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail. He was also ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months.

• Joseph Cielecy Kostiuk, 20, of 2023 Gregory St., South Side, Pittsburgh, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for six months. He was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Donald Jerry Nolan III, 23, of 547 Solomon Temple Road, Unity, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 40 days of electronic home monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. He was also granted work release.

• Anthony J. Villi, 24, of 650 George St., Greensburg, was sentenced to probation for two years for the charges of fleeing or attempting to elude officer and driving under a suspended license.

• Dale Allen Daniels, 41, of 539 Kreinbrook Hill Road, Bullskin, Fayette County, was sentenced to electronic home monitoring for 90 days for the charge of driving under the influence. He was also granted work release.

• John P. Saxberg, 38, of 521 Blind Ave., Belle Vernon, was sentenced to intermediate punishment for two years with three months of electronic home monitoring for the charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. He was also ordered to complete domestic abuse counseling classes.

• Jody Lynn Giles, 30, of 283 Rogers Mills Road, Normalville, was sentenced to 28 days to 23 months in jail for the charges of simple assault and harassment.

• Kenneth A. Jenkins Jr., 32, of Greensburg, was sentenced to 30 days to 12 months in jail for the charges of simple assault and harassment.

• Edward S. Mapstone, 54, of 17 Broadway, Manor, was sentenced to probation for three years for the charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. He was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• John Robert Farmer, 44, of 1000 McMahon Ave., Monessen, was sentenced to probation for one year for the charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Jerome A. Nuttall, 20, of 1949 Clawson Ave., Hempfield, was accepted into the ARD program for one year for the charge of criminal mischief.

• James Lippencott Sr., 53, of 516 Fourth St., Monessen, was sentenced to 9 to 23 months jail for the charges of criminal attempt-criminal homicide, criminal conspiracy and simple assault. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $7,310.52.

• James Linhart, 40, of 441 Butterfield Drive, North Huntingdon, was sentenced to intermediate punishment for two years with six months of electronic home monitoring for the charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Rose M. Pospisil, 39, of 123 Thompson St. Rear, Latrobe, was accepted into the ARD program for two years for the charges of retail theft.

• Richard P. Chiocca, 33, of 2102 Patricia Lane, North Versailles, in Allegheny County, was sentenced to six to 23 months in jail for the charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Richard D. Welty, 34, of 717 Walnut Ave., Scottdale, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to probation for six months. He was also ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and continue with treatment.

• James J. Hudak, 42, of Country Estates, Hempfield, was sentenced to probation for six months for the charge of bad checks.

• Stephen Medved Jr., 48, of 856 S. Main St., Greensburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to probation for one year. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Christopher Louis Rodriguez, 25, of 1526 Wesley St., McKeesport, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to probation for six months. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Steven Anthony Hibbs, 20, of 43 Dexter St., Trenton, N.J., pleaded guilty to firearms not to be carried without a license and escape. He was sentenced to one to two years in jail.

• Russ E. Stoltz, 27, of 420 S. Fifth St., Jeannette, charged with theft and receiving stolen property, was accepted into the ARD program for 12 months.

• Phillip Patrick Coll, 37, of 3142 Hills Church Road, Murrysville, was sentenced to probation for two years for the charges of theft by deception and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.

• Ted C. Davidow, 27, of 320 Fort Duquesne Blvd., Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with 12 months of electronic monitoring. On a separate charge of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, he also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation for five years. Sentences are to run consecutively.

• Lester Dewaine Frye Jr., 38, of 237 Park Ave., Greensburg, pleaded guilty to retail theft and intimidation of witness/victim. He was sentenced to probation for two years.

• David Shoemaker Jr., 21, of 190 Gault Road, Dawson, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest/other law enforcement, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness. He was sentenced to time served to 23 months in jail.

• Larry Milburn, 45, of 623 6th St., Trafford, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. He was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Carcelia D. Carlock, 34, of 5 Knox Ave., Monessen, pleaded guilty to retail theft. She was sentenced to six to 23 months in jail. She was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Hope Deneen Matuck, 22, of 577 Isabell Ave., Charleroi, pleaded guilty to retail theft. She was sentenced to 10 days to 12 months in jail, with credit for time served.

• Abby Lynn Nedrow, 22, of 258 Spruce Hollow Road, Bullskin, pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy. She was sentenced to time served to 23 months in jail.

• Douglas Jay Morgan, 32, of 826 Western Ave., Jeannette, pleaded guilty to harassment and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 32 days to 23 months in jail, with credit for time served.

• Dean Ference, 19, of 128 Longview Drive, Manor, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for five years with six months of electronic home monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months. He was also granted work release. On a separate charge of receiving stolen property, he also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation for two years.

• Malcolm Massey, 24, of 504 Penn Ave., Turtle Creek, Allegheny County, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for one month.

• Curtis James Gordon, 20, of 128 N. Lincoln Rear, Greensburg, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, defiant trespass and criminal mischief. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for three years with 14 months of electronic home monitoring. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. He was also granted work release.

• Harry C. Henderson, 50, of 11899 Route 30 West, North Huntingdon, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 120 days of electronic home monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. He was also granted work release.

• Lori Bungard, 38, of 308 Mulberry St., Scottdale, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness. She was sentenced to time served to 23 months in jail.

• Stephanie Ann Parkinson, 20, of 1158 Ohio St., Murrysville, charged with false reports, public drunkenness and false identification to law enforcement, was accepted into the ARD program for one year. She was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment.

• Timothy Allen Strobel, 26, of 2156 Centerville Road, New Stanton, charged with possession of marijuana, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for 30 days.

• Frederick Strough, 51, of 228 Alexander Place, Export, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 60 days of electronic home monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. He was also granted work release.

• John Lawrence Sullivan, 21, of 164 Martz Road, Loyalhanna Township, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to intermediate punishment for six months with 30 days of electronic home monitoring. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months. He was also granted work release.

• Christopher J. Caporaso, 24, of 338 N. First St., Jeannette, charged with possession of marijuana and retail theft, was accepted into the ARD program for one year.

• Phillip Bair, 43, of 190 Gasland Road, Mt. Pleasant, pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to probation for one year.

• Frank Burton Jr., 27, of 1807 Baldridge Ave., Connellsville, charged with simple assault, was accepted into the ARD program for one year. He was also ordered to attend anger management classes.

• Crissy Lasko, 27, of 937 S. Park Ave., Somerset, charged with hindering apprehension/prosecution, was accepted into the ARD program for one year.

• Amanda Hornfeck, 21, of 210 Mathews Road, Rostraver, charged with hindering apprehension/prosecution, was accepted into the ARD program for one year.

• William E. Cochran Jr., 20, of 222 Aurora St., Delmont, charged with false identification to law enforcement officer, was accepted into the ARD program for six months.

• Matthew J. Burczyk, 38, of 1061 Bert Circle, Penn, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, was accepted into the probation without verdict program for one month.

• Kenneth R. Watson, 45, of 1215 Iris Drive, North Huntingdon, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 12 months.

• Brandon Lewis Goodwin, 21, of 109 Pine Drive, New Stanton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to one to five years in jail. He was ordered to attend an alcohol highway safety school and his license was suspended for 18 months.
