Four from Pitt are invited to NFL combine

Pitt seniors Chas Alecxih, Antwuan Reed, Lucas Nix and Brandon Lindsey have been invited to participate in the NFL Scouting Combine Feb. 22-28 in Indianapolis.
Alecxih, a defensive tackle who was tied for fourth on the team with 57 tackles, and Reed, a cornerback, were named to the All-Big East second team last season.
Lindsey, a defensive end from Aliquippa, recorded 8.5 sacks. Nix is a three-year starter from Thomas Jefferson.
