'American Coyotes' Series

Traveling by Jeep, boat and foot, Tribune-Review investigative reporter Carl Prine and photojournalist Justin Merriman covered nearly 2,000 miles over two months along the border with Mexico to report on coyotes — the human traffickers who bring illegal immigrants into the United States. Most are Americans working for money and/or drugs. This series reports how their operations have a major impact on life for residents and the environment along the border — and beyond.

The Steelers have signed 12 rookies, who went undrafted over the weekend, and included in that group are a pair of defensive linemen.

The Steelers didn't draft any defensive linemen but they have added two to the mix with the signings of Southern Mississippi's Martavius Prince and Washington's Jordan Reffett.

The players the Steelers signed along with the six they drafted last Saturday and Sunday will take part in mini-camp.

Here is the list of undrafted free agents that have signed with the Steelers:

  • Patrick Bailey, LB, Duke
  • Dorien Bryant, WR, Purdue
  • Doug Legursky, C, Marshall
  • Roy Lewis, CB, Washington
  • Mike Potts, QB, William & Mary
  • Martavius Prince, DL, Southern Miss
  • Julian Rauch, K, Appalachian State
  • Micah Rucker, WR, Eastern Illinois
  • Jordan Reffett, DL, Washington
  • Dezmond Sherrod, TE, Mississippi State
  • Travis Williams, CB, East Carolina
