Watch out for black cats and Jason Voorhees, it’s Friday the 13th
Do you suffer from triskaidekaphobia?
Those with superstitions surrounding the number 13 are in for a double whammy today. It’s not only Friday the 13th, there’s also a full moon. Today is a stay-in-bed day for you.

That Friday + 13 + full moon combo will not happen again for another 30 years. So get out and enjoy it … I guess.

Since his big-screen debut in 1980, today’s date has been synonymous with Jason Voorhees. You remember him … the murderous, masked, machete-wielding dude wreaking havoc at Camp Crystal Lake in the aptly named “Friday the 13th.”
Cue the music … ch ch ch ch.

Seeing black cats in conjunction with this most superstitious of days might also cause you a tad bit of apprehension. (It’s really not their fault. They were born this way.)
