Scott Township resident celebrates 91st birthday


Gertrude Godzinski of Scott celebrated her 91st birthday Sept. 29. Gertrude is mom to Dennis (Jackie) and Donna (Joe) Reinwald and has seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Jennifer (Brian) and Jude Reinwald, Raymond (Amanda), Michelle and William Godzinski and Nicole (Mike) Bialowas. Gertrude has five great-grandchildren.

Kathryn and Tom Butts have welcomed a sixth child. Kenzie Olivia Butts was born Sept. 17 weighing 8 pounds, 6 ounces. Paternal grandparents are Maureen and Tom Butts of Robinson. Maternal grandparents are Michael and Leanne Butcher of Rhode Island. Awaiting the arrival at home were older siblings Tommy, Kaylie, Trevor, Kourtney and Trent.

Liz and Tom DiPietro of Rosslyn Heights celebrate 42 years Oct. 1. They are parents of Anthony (Avri) and Amy (Tim) Gastgeb. Liz and Tom have three grandchildren, Mason, Addison and Luca.

Happy birthday to Jean (Tacola) Fiorentini of Carnegie, who celebrates Oct. 1. She is mother of Gina May, Alberta, Shawn and George Jr. Jean has eight grandchildren, Tori, Phillip, Kiersten, Madison, Jordan, Ryan, Brandon and Brandin, and great-granddaughter Evelyn Marie May.

Amber (Glowark) and Ken Millett of Carnegie celebrate four years of marriage Oct. 3.

Happy 32nd wedding anniversary to Nancy (Bryan) and Chris McMullin of Carnegie, who celebrate Oct. 2. They are parents of Jennifer (Victor) Jafarace and Katie (Andrew) Smith and have three grandchildren, Austin, Emma and Tucker.

Happy 38th wedding anniversary to Kathy and Zachary Sudiak of Crafton, who celebrate Oct. 3. They are parents of Janel (Ben) Eonta and Elise and have a granddaughter.

Mary Jane (Masciantonio) and Andy Slegal of Carnegie will celebrate 47 years Oct. 7. They are parents of Calvin (Sarah) and Moirea (David) Jasper. Mary Jane and Andy have two grandchildren, Anthony and Natalie Slegal.

Happy seventh anniversary to Mindy Lea (Hawthorne) and Daniel Harrist of Carnegie, who celebrate Oct. 6. The couple will celebrate with daughter Zoey.

Theresa Lynn (Brickley) and Norman Hargraves IV of Scott will celebrate 19 years Oct. 7. They are the parents of Hannah Elisabeth (16) and Rebekkah Ariel (15). Theresa is daughter of Eleanor Herman Brickley of Glendale.

Birthdays this week include Lisa Mostowy, Mary Pat Pitcher, chef Greg Alauzen, Bernadette Talmonti Zombeck, Joan Walnoha, Mike Yurchak, Joe Yurchak and Ashley Shiwarski.
