Monroeville will get one more food option next month.

Pittsburgh-based Hello Bistro expects to open a location at Monroeville Miracle Mile at 4100 William Penn Highway in November.

In a news release, the fast-casual restaurant that serves salad and burgers said it will host an open-house style hiring fair from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 27-29. Those interested can also apply online at www.smile.jobs.

The restaurant said it is looking to hire up to 50 employees, ranging from cooks to servers to shift supervisors. Hello Bistro said it offers its employees benefits.

Monroeville’s location will become the chain’s seventh in the Pittsburgh region. The restaurant is also in Cleveland and plans to open a location in State College in 2019.

As part of the Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, Hello Bistro said it will donate 5 percent of its pre-tax earnings to local charitable organizations.
