Leechburg Chief Mike Diebold is making his comeback: 'He's the strongest man we know'

Leechburg Police Chief Mike Diebold was badly injured June 24 by an exploding shell as he helped put on an annual fireworks show.

The accident cost him his arm.

For the past six months, the Trib has been following Diebold's road to recovery.
