Cops: Trafford man charged with exposing himself near school bus stop
A 33-year-old Trafford man was arrested Friday by borough police after being accused of exposing himself near a school bus stop.
Christian R. Davis was charged by police with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of disorderly conduct before Harrison City District Judge Helen Kistler following the alleged incident that occurred about 3:20 p.m. Friday near the corner of Fairmont Avenue and Fifth Street.
Officer Matthew Dechicchis said the department received complaints from multiple witnesses that Davis, who resides on the 600 block of Fifth Street, exposed himself as he urinated on the street as children were being dropped off at a bus stop.
When Dechicchis approached Davis at the scene, the officer reported Davis “claimed he had done nothing wrong … and also that he had been threatened by the witnesses following his actions.”
However, Dechicchis reported multiple witnesses gave police statements. A video was taken by a witness, Dechicchis reported.
Davis was arraigned before Night Court Judge Anthony Bompiani and released on $10,000 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing Oct. 23 before Kistler.
