The state police Bureau of Liquor Enforcement cited Moose Lodge No. 234 in Export for multiple liquor code and small games of chance violations, some dating back more than two years.

The lodge at 5903 Washington Ave. was cited for six violations, including failure to maintain records, possession of gambling devices and awarding a prize of more than $2,000 without a special permit.

Club officials were not immediately available for comment.

An administrative law judge could impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses and a license suspension or revocation.
