Background: A Pittsburgh native, Davis-Jones became administrator of the county's Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services in 2011 after working for several years running a drug and alcohol counseling program in Pittsburgh. She also is an adjunct professor in Pitt's School of Social Work.
