Briefs: Sundae market returns to Schenley Plaza
Schenley Plaza on Sunday will host the Sundae Flea Market, where Pittsburgh's creative vendors can sell their work, along with artists from New York.
Patrons at the Sundae Flea Market -- from noon to 5 p.m. at the Oakland plaza, located between the Carnegie and Hillman libraries -- can update their art collections and closets with original pieces. The market started in Pittsburgh two years ago and is now a national tour, with markets in New York and Los Angeles.

Hood is an artist and landscape architect, and professor of landscape architecture, environmental planning and urban design at the University of California at Berkeley. Hood also is the principal of Hood Design.
Reservations are required, and seating is limited.
