In Illinois' alleged Senate-seat-for-sale morass, there was a curious two-hour conference call on Nov. 10 taped by the FBI allegedly involving Gov. Rod Blagojevich, his wife and others on one end and "various Washington, D.C.-based advisers" -- according to the feds -- on the other. The Washington participants aren't named by the FBI. Gov.
