'Dancing With the Stars' choice of Sean Spicer sparks backlash
Sorry, nice guys like actor James Van Der Beek and Karamo Brown of “Queer Eye” — you probably aren’t going to get the attention you deserve on the upcoming season of “Dancing With the Stars.”
ABC has announced the cast for Season 28, kicking off Sept. 16, and the buzz is all about the casting of Sean Spicer, former Trump White House Press Secretary.
If you thought people would be offended by the inclusion of Lamar Odom and Ray Lewis, two former pro athletes with shady pasts, think again.

The man who touted President Trump’s inauguration crowd as “the largest audience to ever witness an inauguration, period,” and declared that select insiders understood the infamous “covfefe” tweet, will have to hot-foot himself off the social media hot seat he’s on today.
If Dancing with the Stars intends to have Sean Spicer on I hope people #BoycottDWTS

I hope Dancing With the Stars goes down in flames. No absolution for anyone who assisted in the damage we will never fully recover from.

I will never think it’s an amusing diversion for Sean Spicer to be on Dancing with the Stars. He defended and lied about amoral, monstrous if not criminal policies and actions. Way to launder amorality, ABC. Gross.

Even a fluffy dance showcase is political nowadays.

Though some people are just over the whole concept.
Should be called Dancing with the fallen stars

It's not like it's anyone's DREAM to do this show. You're not losing anything by standing up and saying you're not gonna beam in a glittery outfit next to a man who willfully lied to American under 45 for months and months. You lose NOTHING. It's Dancing With The Stars.

Flying in under the radar are other contestants including country singer Lauren Alaina, supermodel Christie Brinkley, pop star Ally Brooke, former “Bachelorette” Hannah Brown, actress Kate Flannery, comedian/actor Kel Mitchell and original member of The Supremes, Mary Wilson.
Celebrity contestants will be paired with professional dancers Brandon Armstrong, Lindsay Arnold, Alan Bersten, Cheryl Burke, Witney Carson, Val Chmerkovskiy, Sasha Farber, Jenna Johnson, Daniella Karagach, Keo Motsepe, Peta Murgatroyd, Pasha Pashkov, Gleb Savchenko and Emma Slater.
What I've learned today from Twitter:
1. Dancing with the Stars is still on tv.
2. Greenland is not for sale.And it's only 10AM!
