It’s Archie “Harrison” Mountbatten-Windsor. Get it. Like the actor who played Han Solo in the “Star Wars” movies.
Actor Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker in the movies, joked on Twitter Wednesday claiming he talked Prince Harry and Meghan Markle into their baby name. He said he pushing for the new royal baby to be named after their favorite “Star Wars” actor.
Though he was pushing for the actor who played Luke, rather than for Han Solo, played by Harrison Ford.
The photo in the post shows Hamill seemingly making a argument, while Prince William and his brother Harry patiently listen.
“Here’s me with William & Harry pitching the idea of naming any future royal baby after their favorite #StarWars actor,” Hamill, 67, posted. “Happy they chose Archie HARRISON Mountbatten-Windsor, but regret not being more specific.”
He added, “Should have pitched favorite #StarWars actor WHO PLAYED LUKE.”
Chewbecca (with people who appear to be the actors that played Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Finn (John Boyega)) can be seen in the background.
