Abby Lee Miller struggles to hold back tears after leaving U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh where she was sentenced to one year and one day in prison on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. She is returning for the eighth season of Lifetime’s ‘Dance Moms.’

“Dance Moms” star Abby Lee Miller has some advice for Felicity Huffman — prison advice.

Huffman is looking at possible time behind bars in connection with the recent nationwide college admissions scandal. Miller spent eight months in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud.

In an interview with Inside Edition, Miller said “Desperate Housewives” star Huffman, who as agreed to plead guilty in connection with the scam, should “take a deep breath.”

“If you need a consultant, I’m your girl,” Miller, who ran a dance studio in Penn Hills, told the TV show.

Miller, who was released from jail in 2018, told the outlet she was terrified before entering prison. But everything worked out.

She told Inside Edition she “met some of the kindest, nicest, most intelligent women that I’d ever met in my life.”

But, Miller said of Huffman, “She’s a big star and I think when she gets there, they’re going to be out for her. And I don’t necessarily mean the other inmates, I think they will welcome her with open arms. … It was definitely the guards. They’re supposed to call you by your name or by your number. They would say, ‘Where’s that Dance Moms lady? Where’s that dance lady? We’re going to get her.’”

One final piece of prison advice: “Be respectful of everyone. Keep a very low profile. Be kind to people. Tell your story but listen.”
