John Krasinski is on a mission.

To bring good news.

“The Office” and “A Quiet Place” star created the YouTube channel “SomeGoodNews” and posted the first episode of “Some Good News with John Krasinski,” where he shares stories of only good news in a mock newscast.

If that wasn’t enticing enough, he had an interview with Steve Carell to celebrate the 15th anniversary of “The Office,” which aired its first episode March, 24, 2005 on NBC.

“For years now, I’ve been wondering ‘why is there not a news show dedicated entirely to good news?’ ” Krasinski said, introducing the first installment.

To get some stories and sources of good news, Krasinski asked his social media followers to send instances of good news his way.

The SGN hosted signed off the first episode with an uplifting reminder:”I’m John Krasinski, this is SGN, asking you to remember no matter how tough life can get, there’s always good in the world.”
