Pittsburgh native Becca Droz is back again as a contestant on the CBS Emmy-award winning show, “The Amazing Race” to compete for $1 million on a 25,000-plus mile journey around the world.

The show’s All-Star Season will premiere on CBS April 17 at 9 p.m.

Becca Droz, 28, a 2008 graduate of Taylor Allderdice High School, is an entrepreneur and hiking instructor in Boulder, Col.

She returns with her teammate from 2017, Floyd Pierce.

Although the duo did not take the prize in 2017, their adventures apparently were memorable enough to be asked to compete on the show again.

Her parents, Cathy and Dan Droz, live in Pittsburgh.
