Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren runs against the Carolina Panthers during the first half of an NFL preseason football game, Aug. 21 in Charlotte, N.C.

Trib Total Media TV writer Rob Owen answers reader questions every week at TribLive.com in a column that also appears in the Sunday Tribune-Review.

Q: Does anyone know which local station(s) will show the Steelers’ week three game (NFL Network) and the week seven game (Amazon’s Prime Video)?

— Rick, via Facebook

Rob: The Sept. 28 9:30 a.m. game from Dublin, Ireland, against the Minnesota Vikings that is carried by NFL Network and NFL+ will air locally on WTAE with a local pre-show (7-9 a.m.) and post-show.

The past few years, WPXI has televised games when the Steelers played on Thursday during Prime Video’s coverage, but this year, WTAE will get that game against the Cincinnati Bengals at 8 p.m. Oct. 16. Coverage will begin with a local pre-show, 7-8 p.m.

As usual, WTAE will carry the Monday night ESPN game, which this year occurs at 8 p.m. Dec. 15, against the Miami Dolphins.

Q: Aug. 24 was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and the Pirates played with Paul Skenes pitching. I pay $360 a month to Xfinity/Comcast and I can’t watch it because it’s only on Roku TV. Whose fault is that??

— Carol, Penn Township

Rob: Comcast had nothing to do with it.

Blame Major League Baseball, which made the deal to stream a package of early Sunday afternoon games on Roku TV and at MLB.tv.

Q: I read in your column last month that the regional Emmy nominations came out. Is there one local person who received the most nominations? Given the growing number of new faces we see on all three stations, I’d find it interesting to know.

— Jon, via email

Rob: It’s a little difficult to say because so often reporters are part of a team covering a story and everyone who contributed gets a credit in the nomination.

In addition, only those who pay to enter the regional Emmys are eligible for nominations — and not every station or every reporter always enters — so there’s only a specific pool of local broadcast journalists who are eligible.

If we skip nominations for team coverage and newscasts and focus on reporting and individual achievement categories, by my count, it appears WPXI’s Jatara McGee is tied with KDKA-TV’s Barry Pintar for the most nominations.

Q: I see Eva Pilgrim is now hosting “Inside Edition” after leaving ABC’s “GMA3.”

In the world of broadcast journalism, is this considered a promotion, demotion or lateral move? I am sure competition is rough for any network job.

— Beth, McCandless

Rob: “Inside Edition” is syndicated by a division of CBS, but it’s not a network show.

Given that “Inside Edition” airs in the “access hour” (7-8 p.m.) in many TV markets, including 7 p.m. on WTAE in Pittsburgh, it’s probably a little bit of a promotion for Pilgrim because more people watch TV at that time than when “GMA3” airs in the afternoon.

Q: Why have Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner been off “Entertainment Tonight” for so long? It’s been about three weeks.

— Nancy, via Facebook

Rob: The show’s publicist did not respond to where they have been — my guess is it’s simply summer vacation — but the publicist said they remain the hosts of “E.T.” Its 45th season begins airing Sept. 8.

Q: When will new episodes of “Hell’s Kitchen” air?

— Someone via something

Rob: I know someone asked me this question recently and I promised to get an answer into this space, but now I can’t find the original question. Apologies to the person who sent it in, but I do want to answer it!

The 24th season of “Hell’s Kitchen” premieres on Fox at 8 p.m. Sept. 25. For premiere dates of all new and returning broadcast series, read the Sept. 14 edition of the Trib for my annual fall TV preview.
