Budget-conscious artists are invited to a rummage sale of recycled art materials from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Jan. 18 at You Are Here art center, 406 Clay Ave., Jeannette.

Materials from the center’s Oh, Scrap! art supplies market will be available at discounted prices.

The entire Oh, Scrap! inventory will be moved into the gallery space for the sale to make items more accessible to shoppers. The gallery itself is closed for maintenance and will reopen on Jan. 31.

Sale organizers also will be accepting donations of art supplies. Visitors who bring a bag of donations will receive a discount on any purchase made at the rummage sale.

Oh, Scrap! accepts art and craft materials, supplies and equipment and art-related books. No magazines, glass, clothing, holiday decorations or anything containing rust or toxic materials will be accepted.

A full list of acceptable articles is available on the art center website.

In case of inclement weather, the website also will list an alternate date and time for the sale.
