The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Ligonier Valley has canceled its annual garden party. The Woodstock-themed event was scheduled for Aug. 8.

“The pandemic has socked it to us again,” said site coordinator Kristin Miller in a release announcing the cancellation.

The Ligonier Township facility is open to the public from noon-4:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. Admission is free.

Current exhibitions, running through Aug. 2, are “In Search of Beauty With a Brush: Robert Bowden” and “50 Years of Woodstock: The Collection of Mark del Costello.”
