The Southwestern Pennsylvania Council for the Arts is seeking entries for its 25th Annual Juried Exhibition.

The show is scheduled for Nov. 13-Jan. 31 at the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Ligonier Valley. If covid-19 pandemic conditions warrant it, organizers will mount a virtual exhibition.

This is an open, juried competition for original works in all media. Participants must be 18 or older and residing in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Clearfield, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Washington or Westmoreland counties.

Juror is William Mammarella, an exhibiting artist and chair of fine art and assistant professor at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design in Lancaster.

Entry deadline is Sept. 1. Fee is $35.

Interested artists can request a prospectus by emailing info@spcarts.org or can view the prospectus and fill out the entry form online and pay via PayPal at spcarts.org.
