East Suburban Artists League member Cindy Berceli received an award for her pastel piece in the Faces 2023 International Juried Painting Awards.
Berceli, of Swissvale, earned a Silver Award for her pieces, “Professor Molly,” a pastel portrait of a dog wearing reading glasses.
Hosted by the Camelback Gallery in Scottsdale, Ariz., Faces is an annual juried online exhibition. Silver Award winners will be part of a three-month group exhibition as well as promotion through social media and at ArtWeek.com.
Berceli is a member of the Pastel Society of America, the Maryland Pastel Society, The Pittsburgh Pastel Artist League, East Suburban Artists League, and a past member and board member of both ESAL and the Penn Art Association.
