Bob Dylan returning to Pittsburgh for summer show

Folk legend Bob Dylan is returning to Pittsburgh for an outdoor show this summer.

Dylan, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988, will perform on July 12 at Stage AE on Pittsburgh’s North Shore. He’ll be joined by Jimmie Vaughan & the Tilt-A-Whirl Band and Brittney Spencer.

Dylan’s career stretches all the way back to 1962 with his self-titled debut album all the way through 2023’s “Shadow Kingdom” and extensive touring in recent years.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at axs.com with venue and AEG presales starting at 10 a.m. Thursday.

Dylan’s most recent Pittsburgh show came on April 21, 2025, at the Benedum Center on his Rough and Rowdy Ways tour.

Dylan is currently on tour, with a show Tuesday in Knoxville, Tennessee, with shows stretching into July in Vienna, Virginia.
