Country musician Chris Janson makes Palace Theatre tour stop
Chris Janson, a country musician known for hits including “Drunk Girl” and “Buy Me A Boat,” will perform at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg early next year.
The man Rolling Stone magazine calls a “live legacy in the making” is set to perform Feb. 7 at the 21 W. Otterman St. venue.
The platinum-selling recording artist, multi-instrumentalist and award-winning singer/songwriter recently released a new album, “Real Friends.”
In the four years since releasing his debut album, he has earned two No. 1 singles. “Drunk Girl” earned him a trophy for ACM Video of the Year, and earned the Song of the Year title at the 2018 Music Row awards.

In addition, iHeartRadio Music Awards named his double-platinum “Buy Me A Boat” its Music Awards Country Song of the Year.
“Good Vibes” is the flagship single from his new album, and is approaching Top 20 on country radio, according to a release.
Janson also has written songs other artists have recorded, including Tim McGraw (“Truck Yeah,” “How I’ll Always Be”), LOCASH (“I Love This Life”) and Hank Williams Jr. (“God Fearin’ Man,” “Those Days Are Gone”).
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. Drusky Entertainment show.
