Kelsea Ballerini had to cancel her Pittsburgh show on Feb. 7 due to illness.

Grammy Award-nominated country star Kelsea Ballerini, a newly added coach on NBC’s “The Voice,” was scheduled to perform at PPG Paints Arena on Friday night. However, around midnight on Friday, the venue announced that the show was postponed due to illness and rescheduled for April 12.

Ballerini was unable to continue her Buffalo, N.Y., show after the first few songs on Thursday night. That show — along with her Toronto tour stop — will also be postponed. This came after she told her Tuesday night crowd in Detroit that she had the flu.

After ending the Buffalo concert early, Ballerini posted a video on social media site X about the postponements, saying “I am so so sorry that I couldn’t finish the show tonight, I am sicker than I’m trying to be.”

Regarding the three rescheduled shows, she added, “I will make them the best shows I’ve ever played in my whole life, and I will pull out every stop for you, and I will make it so worth it.”

PPG Paints Arena said in their social media post that tickets for Friday night’s show will be valid for the new April 12 date.
