The countdown is almost over — there’s mere hours until the release of Taylor Swift’s 11th studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department.” But Swifites are in an uproar, as there’s been an alleged online album leak.

Songs and lyrics that social media users are claiming are from the new album have been shared online. Some people have claimed they came from a Google Drive link containing the entire album, BBC News reported. Swift has yet to release a statement.

Others have speculated that the leaked tracks are fake and have been generated by artificial intelligence, according to BBC News. Some of the AI tracks shared online turned out to be older, lesser known Swift songs.

The album drops at midnight.

Swift is no stranger to AI-generated content. Deepfakes, or fake sexually explicit images, of her were created and shared widely online at the end of January.

Fans have taken to the social media platform X to defend Swift’s artistry, saying they refuse to listen to any of the alleged leaked tracks.

Swifties have been decoding clues released ahead of the album. Swift is known for her Easter eggs laced throughout album promos in the past.

The album has been lauded by fans, as it will hopefully be a glimpse into the details of Swift’s relationship and subsequent breakup with Joe Alwyn.

Other Swifties have been tweeting about their overall excitement and awe surrounding “The Tortured Poets Department.”

Will Spotify crash at midnight due to so many people trying to listen at once? Swifties think so. No matter what happens, though, fans are sure the album will be momentous.

The new album will include the following 17 tracks:

1. “Fortnight”

2. “The Tortured Poets Department”

3. “My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys”

4. “Down Bad”

5. “So Long, London”

6. “But Daddy, I Love Him”

7. “Fresh Out the Slammer”
