June 1: Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, Megan Moroney, Uncle Kracker at Acrisure Stadium

Country music star Kenny Chesney has been filling stadiums for years, and this year will be no different with his 12th stint as an Acrisure Stadium/Heinz Field headliner. He’s also touring in support of his new album, “Born,” which dropped in March.

“I’m in a unique spot in my life and in my career, because I can’t necessarily sing about the things that I sang about even 10 years ago,” Chesney told CBS News. “I just feel like emotionally and mentally, I’m in a much different place.”

June 15: Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, JD McPherson at the Pavilion at Star Lake

Bluegrass singer Alison Krauss and former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant are touring behind 2021’s “Raise the Roof” album, their second collaboration. The duo opens the tour in early June, with setlists expected to sample from both of their albums plus a few Led Zep classics.

“It’s felt great. I’m really glad that we’ve been able to revisit this as many times as we have,” Krauss told Rolling Stone earlier this year. “The band has more room, and I get a little more consistency with what’s happening when it’s time for me to jump in and sing harmony.”

June 30: Tyler Childers, SG Goodman, Adeem the Artist at the Pavilion at Star Lake

Tyler Childers’ music has stretched the boundaries of country music, as he’s tackled controversial subject matter and social causes. He’s received Grammy nominations for best folk album for “Long Violent History” in 2022 and best country album for “Rustin’ in the Rain” this year.

“There are a lot of artists out there trying to do the work,” Childers told The New York Times last year about his responsibility to learn and grown with his audience. “Every little effort to give someone a glimpse into that light helps put water on this fire before it boils over into white-hot rage.”

June 24-25: Laufey with Pittsburgh Symphony at Heinz Hall

Icelandic singer-songwriter Laufey won the Grammy for best traditional pop vocal album for 2023’s “Bewitched.” The cellist’s work has been described as jazz-infused and a bridge to classical music.

June 28: Oliver Anthony at Stage AE

Singer-songwriter Oliver Anthony went viral last year for his single “Rich Men North of Richmond” and self-released his first album, “Hymnal of a Troubled Man’s Mind” earlier this year.
