Paul McCartney performs on Aug. 18, 2010, as part of his Up and Coming tour at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh.

Paul McCartney is getting back to Pittsburgh for the first time in more than 10 years.

The Beatles icon announced his national Got Back tour on Thursday, including a Nov. 11 stop at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. July 18. Registration for a presale at 10 a.m. Tuesday is now open at paulmccartneygotback.com, including VIP packages that could include access to McCartney’s soundcheck and more.

McCartney will be joined by his longtime band — Paul “Wix” Wickens (keyboards), Brian Ray (bass/guitar), Rusty Anderson (guitar) and Abe Laboriel Jr (drums) — as well as the Hot City Horns, which include Mike Davis (trumpet), Kenji Fenton (saxes) and Paul Burton (trombone).
