• Discuss any other options with the PSR.

Individual concert ticket-holders can reach the PSO by emailing customerservice@pittsburghsymphony.org. They are offered the following options:

• Donate ticket for a tax credit.

• Contact the Heinz Hall box office to discuss other options, such as a voucher, gift certificate or refund.

“This cancellation will have a significant financial impact on the Orchestra. We are grateful for the deep generosity of our community and ask that, whenever possible, that you consider ticket exchanges or donating your tickets for a tax refund,” the symphony says in a release. “As a nonprofit arts organization, the Pittsburgh Symphony relies on the audience we serve. By donating your tickets in lieu of a refund, you are providing vital support for the music and musicians that inspire and connect our community. Please consider donating your tickets back to the Pittsburgh Symphony and receive a donation receipt.”

“There is nothing more important to the Pittsburgh Symphony than the safety and well-being of our community,” said Melia Tourangeau, president and CEO of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. “We sincerely regret any inconvenience this causes and thank the community for its continued generous support of the arts community and this orchestra.”
