The Saint Vincent College Percussion Ensemble and Concert Band will team up for a “Percussion and Pops” performance at 7:30 p.m. April 15 in the Robert S. Carey Student Center’s Performing Arts Center, on the college campus in Unity.

The program will include works by Leonard Bernstein, John Philip Sousa, Anthony Cirone and Joe Tompkins.

The Percussion Ensemble, under the direction of Edward Dunlap, will open with five selections, before the Concert Band, under the direction of Randall Kratofil, performs five numbers.

With growing interest from marching band students, Concert Band became a class in 2016, which ended a 60-year absence for the unit on campus. The upcoming performance will be its fourth and final one of the 2018-19 school year.

Admission is free and open to the public. For additional information, contact Kratofil at randall.kratofil@stvincent.edu.
