A new music festival from the organizers of internationally known events like Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo will be rocking Pittsburgh later this year, and they just announced their lineup.

Sudden Little Thrills Music Festival will be held on Sept. 7 and 8 at Hazelwood Green.

The event will be headlined Saturday by rock band The Killers, who have sold more than 10 million records in the U.S. and are known for their hit song “Mr. Brightside.”

Other performers in the Saturday lineup include Melanie Martinez, St. Vincent, Crowded House, Ethel Cain, Pittsburgh native mash-up DJ Girl Talk, and others.

Sunday’s headliner will be Grammy Award-winning R&B singer-songwriter SZA, whose single “Kill Bill” went to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 last year.

The second day will also feature Pittsburgh’s own Wiz Khalifa, performing on his birthday, in addition to Omar Apollo, Yung Gravy, Juvenile & the 400 Degreez Band, The Driver Era, Lupe Fiasco and others.

Presale tickets for the festival will go on sale this Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. Members of their text and email lists will receive presale codes, and anyone wishing to sign up for a code can visit suddenlittlethrillsfestival.com.
