Taylor Swift defends fan from security during Philadelphia show
One fan had an eventful time with singer Taylor Swift over the weekend, according to news sources.
The Berks County native is currently on her “Eras Tour,” and performed three sold-out shows in Philadelphia, with thousands of people attending the final show on Saturday at Lincoln Financial Field. Swift plays Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on June 16 and 17.
But despite the high energy and excitement in the air, Swift had to step in and briefly interrupt her own performance when a concertgoer experienced a run-in with security, according to 6ABC and NBC10.
While singing “Bad Blood,” Swift noticed an interaction between the fan and her security team and immediately deemed it a problem. Concertgoers captured Swift the moment she interrupted her own set.
“She’s fine!” she said to security, pointing to a fan. “She wasn’t doing anything!”
While doing this, Swift appears to shoo away security.

If you continue watching, Swift turns and makes her way to the other side of the stage when she sees security continue their interaction with the fan. She runs back and shouts, “Hey, stop!” Before continuing the chorus of the hit song, she says “Stop!” one more time.
Caitlin Gabell, who claims to be the fan who had the altercation with security at the concert, told her side of the story via her own TikTok video, which has garnered over 7 million views.
“Basically the guard had been harassing our group all night,” Gabell said in the video. “He just kept telling us not to touch the rail and any time we did anything, he was on top of us. Taylor noticed that I was having fun and that he didn’t like it and she didn’t like it, and he basically got escorted out and they got us all free tickets for the night.”
Now, those who have seen the video are praising the singer for defending her fans.
