Tim McGraw, Godsmack shows added to Star Lake calendar


Tim McGraw will hit the venue in July, while Godsmack will perform here in June

Two more concerts have been added to the calendar at the Pavilion at Star Lake this summer, bringing the venue’s schedule up to 14 shows.

Tim McGraw’s “Pawn Shop Guitar” tour will visit the Burgettstown venue on July 18 with support from 49 Winchester and Timothy Wayne.

The tour, named after a single set to be released next month, starts July 9 in Bethel, N.Y., and runs through Sept. 26 in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com. A Tim McGraw Fan Club presale starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday, with Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Star Lake, Citi and Spotify presales beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday.

McGraw’s most recent Pittsburgh appearance came on April 27, 2024, at PPG Paints Arena on his “Standing Room Only” tour.

Godsmack in June

Hard rockers Godsmack will bring their “The Rise of Rock” world tour to Star Lake on June 23. They’ll be joined by Stone Temple Pilots and Dorothy.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com, with Spotify, Star Lake and Citi presales starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, with an artist presale at noon Tuesday. There are also Ticketmaster and Live Nation presales set to begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Godsmack’s last stop in Pittsburgh came on Aug. 5, 2023, at Star Lake on the band’s “Best of Times” world tour.
