Singer/songwriter/producer Todd Rundgren brings his “The Individualist Tour,” highlighting music from his 50-year career to Greensburg’s Palace Theatre on June 15.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7:30 show.

Tickets at $39-$49 go on sale at 10 a.m. March 29 at 724-836-8000 or thepalacetheatre.org. Tickets will increase by $6 on the day of show.

A limited number of reserved Gold Circle seats will be available for $59. Promoter presale will begin March 28 via ticketfly.com with the password “PALACE.”

Rundgren began playing guitar as a teenager in Philadelphia, going on to found and front the 1960s psychedelic group The Nazz.

His 1972 seminal solo album, “Something/Anything?” — on which he played all instruments, sang all vocals and produced — catapulted him into the superstar limelight. In 1974, he formed Todd Rundgren’s Utopia, renamed and reconfigured in 1976 as Utopia.

Hit singles from his long career include “Hello It’s Me,” “Can We Still Be Friends” and “Bang The Drum.”

Rundgren has produced albums by Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Psychedelic Furs, Meat Loaf, XTC, Grand Funk Railroad and Hall & Oates. He composed the music for the hit film, “Dumb and Dumber,” and television series including “Pee Wee’s Playhouse” and “Crime Story.”

He has toured with Ringo Starr and the All-Starr Band since 1989, and also performs with symphony orchestras. His latest studio album, “White Knight,” was released in May 2018. His autobiography, “The Individualist,” was released Dec. 21.
