The Primanturkey sandwich from Primanti Bros.

There’s no need to wait until next Thursday for all the Thanksgiving fixings in one meal.

Restaurants around Western Pennsylvania have been creating dishes — from sandwiches to burritos to hot dogs — with turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and more.

Here’s a look at some of the options:

Primanti Bros.

The Primanturkey sandwich features turkey, gravy, stuffing, fries (doing the job of mashed potatoes) and cranberry sauce on their signature Italian bread. There’s no cole slaw on this Primanti sandwich.

Mad Mex

Mad Mex’s Gobblerito — a burrito stuffed with roasted turkey, black bean mashed potatoes, stuffing and corn, with cranberry sauce on top — has been on the menu around Thanksgiving for around 15 years.

GetGo

Even though Giant Eagle sold GetGo earlier this year, that hasn’t stopped the return of The Pilgrim at the convenience store. The roast turkey sub is topped with white cheddar, gravy and cranberry sauce on a stuffing-flavored roll.

D’s Six Pax n Dogz

The Franksgiving Dog at D’s Six Pax n Dogz in Regent Square and Murrysville is a turkey dog slathered in mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn and gravy, with cranberry sauce on the side.

Piper’s Pub

Piper’s Pub on the South Side has a Thanksgiving Boxty, with roasted turkey breast, stuffing and buttered corn stuffed into a boxty — a traditional Irish potato pancake — and covered in gravy.

Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila

The B-Bop taco includes smoked turkey, stuffing, bacon, sage gravy and cranberry salsa macha on a flour or corn tortilla at Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila in Mt. Washington.

Burgatory

The Thanksgiving Burger at Burgatory is comprised of a turkey burger topped with cheddar, mashed potatoes, corn gravy, stuffing bread pudding and cranberry jam on a brioche bun.

OTB at the North Park Boathouse

OTB at the North Park Boathouse has the Gobbler, a turkey burger with sliced cranberry, stuffing and a drizzle of gravy, as well as the Pilgrim flatbread, which has a gravy base topped with mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing, turkey and melted mozzarella.

Other possibilities

Pierogies Plus in McKees Rocks offers Thanksgiving pierogies, while Nox’s in Blawnox created a Thanksgiving egg roll.
